Cancellations
Customers can cancel or re-book their scheduled session at any time up to 48 hours prior to their session time free of charge.
Customers cancelling or rebooking within 24 hours of their scheduled session time will be charged 50% of their total session cost.
Cancellations less than 24 hours before your scheduled session time, on the day or your scheduled session or a no show for your session time will be charged at full session price.
